Marovich Business Institute is an instructor/trainer for seminars for agents and/or managers/broker-owners. Additionally, MBI teaches National Courses from REBAC (Real Estate Buyer Agent Council) and WCR (Women's Council of REALTORS) and SRES Council (SENIORS REAL ESTATE SPECIALIST), such as:
ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) and ABRM (Accredited Buyer Representative Manager). The ABR Designation requires one additional elective that can be taken in class or online.GREEN Designation requires one additional elective that can be taken in class or online. MBI teachesWCR one-day classes, either of which count as the ABR elective: "Effective Negotiating for Real Estate Professionals" and "Harnessing the Power of Skills Based Performance Management." Other WCR classes taught by MBI are: "The Business of Your Business: People, Planning, Money and Management" and "Networking and Referral Systems." Any 3 of those 4 WCR classes lead to the PMN designation: Performance Management Network. MBIalso Instructs the Seniors Real Estate Council's SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) Designation, a two-day course also an elective for the ABR Designation, and the RSPS (Resorts and Second Home Properties Specialist) Designation class and the SFR (Short Sales & Foreclosure Specialist) and HAFA (Homes Affordable Foreclosure Alternatives). Additionally the ASR (Accredited Seller Representative 2 day) Designation class and the REO Specialist (Real Estate Owned Designation) Class (1 or 2-day) are available.
