Marovich Business Institute is an instructor/trainer for seminars for agents and/or managers/broker-owners. Additionally, MBI teaches National Courses from REBAC (Real Estate Buyer Agent Council) and WCR (Women's Council of REALTORS) and SRES Council (SENIORS REAL ESTATE SPECIALIST), such as:
ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) and ABRM (Accredited Buyer Representative Manager). The ABR Designation requires one additional elective that can be taken in class or online. GREEN Designation requires one additional elective that can be taken in class or online.MBI teaches WCR one-day classes, either of which count as the ABR elective: "Effective Negotiating for Real Estate Professionals" and "Harnessing the Power of Skills Based Performance Management." Other WCR classes taught by MBI are: "The Business of Your Business: People, Planning, Money and Management"and "Networking and Referral Systems." Any 3 of those 4 WCR classes lead to the new PMN designation: Performance Management Network. MBI is also the Instructor for the Seniors Real Estate Council's SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) Designation, a two-day course also an elective for the ABR Designation, and the RSPS (Resorts and?Second Home Properties Specialist) Designation class. Additionally the ASR (Accredited Buyer Representative) Designation class and the REO Specialist (Real Estate Owned) Class (both 2-day) are available.
